Introduction

Welcome to Insoftx. By accessing our website and using our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services & Project Tiers

Insoftx offers software development services in two tiers:

• Premium Tier: Fully custom software development with unique designs and tailored solutions.
• Budget Tier: Projects using rebuilt templates or pre-developed source code to offer cost-effective solutions.

Payment, Fees & Refunds

Fees for our projects are determined based on the project scope and tier. Please note the following:

• Once a project has commenced and work is underway, partial payments are non-refundable.
• Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be outlined in your project contract.
• For subscription-based SaaS products, license and subscription details are provided in a separate agreement.

License Grant & Usage Restrictions

Upon successful payment and project commencement, Insoftx grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the delivered software. You are prohibited from:

• Using the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software.
• Sharing or selling access to the software without our express permission.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information during registration and throughout the service engagement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for custom software developed by Insoftx remain with us unless otherwise agreed. For budget tier projects, reused templates or source code remain the property of Insoftx, and any customizations are licensed to you under the terms specified in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Insoftx be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services.

Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
